Job Description:
An Account Executive is needed to represent Lotus Sacramento Corp’s radio station in the Sacramento market. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling airtime, digital platforms and promotions. They must prospect new advertisers, write commercial copy, conduct basic marketing research, collect billing payments, represent the station at remote broadcasts and participate in occasional special events.
A qualified applicant should possess the following:
Outside sales experience – minimum of one year
Experience calling both warm and cold sales leeds
Strong self-starter attitude with self-discipline & self-motivation
Professional dress & demeanor
Good computer skills (MS Office)

Job Description:
The role of the Producer is to assist in planning and producing live and/or pre-recorded
radio shows which may include news, music, talk, sports, traffic, and feature productions.
The chosen applicant will be responsible for operating a radio station’s studio sound board
(mixer) within a computerized, automated environment in support of an on-air talent’s
show. They will supervise the automated play of the daily FCC program logs and make
adjustments as needed, monitor equipment and facilitate telephone calls for the show.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and under pressure. They
should possess good computer skills, self-discipline and the ability to multi-task. They need
to be punctual, dependable and responsible with equipment.
